Registration of the Limited in the German Commercial Register

Most entrepreneurs operate their Limited company in Germany and also manage it from here. Thus, an independent branch of the Limited is established in Germany. The company is formed by registration in England, and therefore, the personal liability limitation applies fully - even if it is not registered in the German commercial register.
