Merger of Two Ltd's

The question often arises whether two Limiteds can be merged. Generally, these cases involve an entrepreneur who has established a parent and subsidiary company in the form of a Limited and now wishes to merge them into one entity.

English corporate law does not allow the merger of two Limiteds.
